Can I return my order?

We currently do not accept returns as each product is customized. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer eGift Cards that can be amounted up to $200. The gift certificate will does not expire and consists of a promotional code and personalized message. You may purchase the eGift Card for yourself or someone else, and the code will be emailed to the provided email address. The eGift Card may be used and will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. You can purchase a gift card under 'Shop' at the top of the site.
When will my order be ready?

Standard Shipping- Your order will be shipped around 3-5 business days after placing the order. Free Pickup- Your order will be ready for pickup around 3-5 business days after placing the order. Delivery- Your order will be delivered around 4-7 business days after placing the order. For additional questions, please visit our Delivery Policy by cicking the button at the bottom of our site.
Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.
How do I know when my order is ready?

We will send out an email to the provided email address either when your order is ready for free pickup or when it is successfully delivered to the provided room number.
How will I know if my order went through successfully?

You will recieve an email as soon as you finish placing your order with the order number and an estimated pickup/delivery window.
